You will facilitate patients' journeys through the variousservice points in our clinicsand providestrong support toour clinicians in their deliveryof quality care toour patients.
You will berequired to perform patients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ general enquiries, screening of patients' general condition and administrative duties. In addition, you will participate in team project works to make continuous improvements to the clinic'soperationsand service quality.
TheRequirements:
Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification
Frontlineand customerserviceexperience in Healthcare / Retail Industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients Positive thinkerand good team player Passion forserviceexcellenceand process improvements Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek
