You will facilitatepatients' journeys through the variousservicepoints in our clinicsandprovidestrong support toour clinicians in their delivery of quality care toour patients.
You will be required toperformpatients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ generalenquiries, screening of patients' generalcondition andadministrativeduties. In addition, you willparticipate in teamproject works tomakecontinuous improvements to theclinic'soperationsandservicequality.
The Requirements:
PolytechnicDiploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' levelor Higher / NITECqualification
Frontlineandcustomer serviceexperience in Healthcare / Retail Industry
Goodcommunication and interpersonalskills Bilingual in English andMandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients Positive thinker and good teamplayer
Passion for serviceexcellenceandprocess improvements Ability tomulti task andwork in a fast-pacedanddynamicenvironment
Able tocommit to 5.5 daysworkweek
