You will facilitatepatients' journeysthrough the variousservicepoints in our clinics and providestrongsupporttoour clinicians in their delivery of quality caretoourpatients.
You will berequired toperform patients’ registration, appointmentscheduling, cashiering, handlingpatients’ general enquiries, screeningof patients' general condition and administrative duties. In addition, you will participate in team project worksto make continuous improvementstothe clinic'soperations and service quality.
TheRequirements:
Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification
Frontline and customerserviceexperience in Healthcare / Retail Industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients Positivethinker and good team player Passion forserviceexcellence and process improvements Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ableto committo 5.5 days workweek
