You will facilitate patients' journeys through thevariousservice pointsin our clinics and providestrong support toour cliniciansin their delivery of quality care toour patients.
You will be required to perform patients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ general enquiries, screening of patients' general condition and administrativeduties. In addition, you will participatein team project works to make continuousimprovements to the clinic'soperations andservice quality.
The Requirements:
Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification
Frontline and customer serviceexperiencein Healthcare / Retail Industry
Good communication andinterpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients Positive thinker and good team player
Passion for serviceexcellence and processimprovements Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced anddynamic environment
Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek
* You need to be prepared to go all over Singapore to cover the anybody on MC/ leave
