You will facilitatepatients' journeys through the variousservicepointsin our clinicsandprovidestrong support to our cliniciansin their delivery of quality care to our patients.
You will be required to performpatients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ general enquiries, screening of patients' general conditionandadministrativeduties. Inaddition, you will participatein teamproject works to makecontinuousimprovements to the clinic's operationsandservice quality.
The Requirements:
Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification Frontlineand customer serviceexperiencein Healthcare / Retail Industry
Goodcommunicationandinterpersonal skills Bilingual inEnglish andMandarin for handling Mandarinspeaking clients Positive thinker and good teamplayer
Passion for serviceexcellenceandprocessimprovements Ability to multi task and work ina fast-pacedanddynamic environment
Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek
