You will facilitate patients' journeys through the variousservice points in our clinics and provide strongsupport toour clinicians in their delivery of quality care toour patients.
You will be required toperform patients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handlingpatients’ general enquiries, screeningof patients' generalcondition and administrative duties. In addition, you willparticipate in team project works to make continuous improvements to the clinic'soperations and service quality.
The Requirements:
Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' levelor Higher / NITEC qualification
Frontline and customer service experience in Healthcare / Retail Industry
Good communication and interpersonalskills Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speakingclients Positive thinker and good team player
Passion for service excellence and process improvements Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able tocommit to 5.5 days workweek
