You will facilitatepatients' journeys through the various servicepoints in ourclinics andprovide strong support toourclinicians in theirdelivery of quality care toourpatients.
You will berequired toperformpatients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ general enquiries, screening of patients' general condition andadministrativeduties. In addition, you will participate in teamproject works tomakecontinuous improvements to theclinic's operations and service quality.
TheRequirements:
PolytechnicDiploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification
Frontlineandcustomer serviceexperience in Healthcare / Retail Industry
Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in English andMandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients
Positive thinkerand good teamplayer Passion for serviceexcellenceandprocess improvements
Ability tomulti task andwork in a fast-pacedanddynamicenvironment
Able tocommit to 5.5 days workweek
